Lagos CP Fatai Inspects Police Recruitment Exam, Demands Transparency

Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Tijani Fatai, on Tuesday, April 28, visited the Police College in Ikeja, Lagos the commercial capital of the nation, to monitor the ongoing Police Constable Recruitment Examination.

The visit was aimed at ensuring adequate security, orderliness, and smooth coordination of the exercise.

During the inspection, CP Fatai assessed the conduct of the examination and interacted with officers of the Nigeria Police Force, officials of the Police Service Commission, Federal Character Commission, members of the Police Community Relations Committee, and other stakeholders deployed for the exercise.

He emphasized professionalism, transparency, and strict compliance with the recruitment guidelines, noting that the Command is committed to a credible and hitch-free process.

The Police Public Relations Officer for the Lagos Command, SP Abimbola Adebisi, said the Commissioner’s visit underscores the Command’s resolve to deliver a transparent recruitment exercise that meets public expectations.
