Dallas, Texas: Nigerian comedian and actress Anita Asuoha, popularly known as Real Warri Pikin, has been named Best Stand-Up Comedian at the 2026 African Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA).
Real Warri Pikin secured the prestigious comedy award at the ceremony held in Dallas, Texas, defeating some of Nigeria’s biggest comedy stars, including Basketmouth, Bovi and Godfrey.
She also faced competition from comedians representing other African countries, including Kenya, South Africa and Uganda, before emerging as the winner.
