Akwa Ibom Governor Expresses Concern: Eno Attends Service of Songs for Aide’s Wife
Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State demonstrated his compassionate leadership on March 31 by attending the Service of Songs in honour of Mrs Oluwakemi Oyeteju James, wife of his Senior Special Assistant (Lagos Liaison), Mr Mike Effiong James.
The burial service, held later at the same venue, drew an impressive gathering of family, friends, and well-wishers, including notable figures such as Chief Dele Momodu, Publisher of Ovation Media Group, and Pastor Ituah Ighodalo of the Trinity House Church.
The solemn ceremony took place at Daystar Christian Centre in Ikeja, Lagos, where Governor Eno stood in solidarity with his aide and family during their time of grief.
Governor Eno sent a strong message of support and empathy, highlighting his commitment to standing by his team through thick and thin.
The event was a poignant reminder of the governor’s people-centric approach to leadership.
