Mysterious Death: 20-Year-Old FCE Student Found Dead in Bush

The search for Suleiman Rahama Onono, a 20-year-old student who had been missing for several days, ended tragically this Monday. Her family, with the help of local security, found her dead body in the Eika-Adagu area, near the Okene-Lokoja highway.

Rahama, a student at the Federal College of Education (FCE) in Okene, was reported missing on Saturday, January 24th. Those close to her grew worried after she simply vanished, losing all contact. Friends, family, and fellow students immediately started looking for her.

The discovery has left the family devastated, especially because of the state of her body. Her breasts and private parts were missing, adding another layer of horror to this already awful situation.

Police have moved Rahama’s body to the Okengwe General Hospital morgue. An autopsy will be carried out to determine the exact cause of death, and the body will be preserved.

People living in the area are now scared and asking for more security. They want things like streetlights put in place to help stop future crimes. The area where Rahama was found, known as Camp 2, is becoming known for criminal activity. There have been other violent incidents there recently, including the killings of two motorcycle taxi drivers who were robbed of their bikes. The community hopes that increased security measures will help prevent similar tragedies from happening again.
