President Tinubu Inaugurates Opebi-Ojota Link Bridge and Other Key Projects in Lagos
President Bola Tinubu, represented by Senate President Godswill Akpabio, has inaugurated the Opebi-Ojota Link Bridge, Multi-Agency Building (Bola Ahmed Tinubu Administrative Complex), and Lagos State Geographic Information System (LAGIS) in Alausa, Lagos, the commercial capital of the nation, on Wednesday, April 8.
The projects aim to improve traffic flow, enhance public service delivery, and boost economic productivity in the state.
The 5.04km Opebi-Ojota Link Bridge is expected to decongest traffic in the Ikeja corridor and along Ikorodu Road, while the Multi-Agency Building will house multiple government agencies, promoting efficiency and coordination.
LAGIS will digitise land administration, eliminating paper-based bottlenecks and strengthening property rights.
Other dignitaries present at the inauguration included Governors Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos), Hope Uzodinma (Imo), Dapo Abiodun (Ogun), Douye Diri (Bayelsa), and Babagana Zulum (Borno).
