Tinubu Unveils Gateway Airport, Paving Way for Agricultural Boost

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has officially commissioned the Gateway International Agro Cargo Airport, touted to revolutionize food logistics and spur economic growth in the region.

Governor Dapo Abiodun hosted the President at the unveiling ceremony, which was attended by prominent dignitaries, including former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and former Ogun State Governor Gbenga Daniels.

The event was attended by other notable figures, including APC Chieftain Bisi Akande.

The airport is expected to provide a significant boost to farmers and open up new opportunities for trade and commerce.

“The commissioning of the Gateway International Agro Cargo Airport will strengthen food logistics, support farmers, and open up new opportunities for economic growth in our region,” Governor Abiodun said.

The airport’s commissioning marks a significant milestone in Nigeria’s efforts to improve its infrastructure and boost economic development.
