Femi’s musical path began in his father’s iconic band, Egypt 80, led by Afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti. In 1986, he went on to form The Positive Force, creating a distinct Afrobeat sound of his own – one that boldly blends Afrobeat with R&B, rock and hip-hop while staying deeply rooted in activism.
