Kwankwaso Dumps NNPP, Charts New Course

Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has announced his resignation from the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), effective immediately.

In a statement, Kwankwaso cited the need for strategic realignment in the country’s political landscape as the reason for his departure.

The former Kano State Governor expressed gratitude to party members, including the National Chairman, Ajuji Ahmed, and the National Working Committee, for their support during his tenure as National Leader and Presidential Candidate in the 2023 General Elections.

He also thanked his followers and the Kwankwasiyya Movement for their dedication to their shared mission.

Kwankwaso did not disclose his next political move, but hinted at joining another platform to continue working towards a better Nigeria.
