Lagos Police Recruitment Test Begins April 28 — PSC Warns: Don’t Pay Anybody

The Police Service Commission, PSC, has announced that the written examination for Police Constable recruitment will hold from April 28 to 30, across the country, with Lagos candidates reporting to the Police College, Ikeja, Lagos the nation’s commercial capital..

The exercise, conducted jointly with the Nigeria Police Force, is for applicants who passed the physical and credentials screening phase.

It covers both General Duty and Specialist candidates vying for enlistment as Police Constables.

How to Confirm Your Exam Details:
Qualified candidates are to visit `www.npfapplication.psc.gov.ngwww.npfapplication.psc.gov.ng` starting Friday, April 24, to print their Examination Invitation Card.

The card contains each applicant’s specific date, time, and venue within the 3-day window.

What to Bring on Exam Day:
The PSC listed four compulsory items for all candidates:

  1. A Pen for the written test
  2. NIN Slip from NIMC showing a clear photograph
  3. Printed Examination Invitation Card
  4. Dress code: White shorts, white T-shirt, and white canvas

Recruitment is free — PSC warns against scammers
The Commission stressed that the entire recruitment process is free of charge. It warned applicants against job racketeers, scams, or any form of financial inducement, noting that offenders will face prosecution.

Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Tijani Fatai, urged all eligible candidates in the state to comply strictly with the guidelines, arrive early, and maintain orderliness at the venue.
