Yesufu Dares FG: Show Us Oyo Kidnappers’ CCTV, Not Obi’s Airport Video

Human rights activist, Aisha Yesufu, has challenged the Federal Government to release CCTV footage of the kidnappers who abducted schoolchildren and teachers in Oyo State instead of focusing on Peter Obi’s alleged airport parking violation.

Yesufu threw the challenge in a post shared on her verified X handle in the early hours of Saturday.

She was reacting to comments by the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, who demanded that the presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Peter Obi, apologise to airport authorities and pay a ₦25,000 fine.

Keyamo had alleged that Obi violated airport parking regulations at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.

DAILY POST recalls that Obi, in a recent interview, alleged that the All Progressives Congress (APC)-led Federal Government was after his life, claiming he faces intimidation and frustration on a daily basis.

Responding to the development, Yesufu criticised the government’s priorities.

“Pathetic cowards! Let them bring out the CCTV of the kidnappers that took away children in Oyo or of the ones that have been terrorising citizens.

“Majoring in the minor is all they are freaking good at,” she wrote.
