These are some of the Items Recovered by the Lagos State Police Command
The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a 30-year-old suspect, Dare Shogaolu, aka “Super M”, and recovered a locally made pistol during a routine stop-and-search operation in Mushin.
According to reports, the Anti-Crime Patrol Team, led by the Divisional Police Officer, intercepted Shogaolu on March 5th, 2026, at about 10:00 pm, along LUTH Road, Mushin. A search of his bag yielded the pistol, a leather purse, charms, and three pairs of slippers.
Preliminary investigations suggest Shogaolu has been involved in local criminal activities and disturbances. He’s currently in police custody, with efforts underway to apprehend his accomplices.
Lagos Police Commissioner, CP Olohundare Jimoh, reaffirmed the command’s commitment to proactive policing and resident safety, urging public cooperation via emergency lines.
