Tiwa Savage Reveals She Once Dated One of Nigeria’s ‘Big 3’ Afrobeats Stars

LAGOS, NIGERIA: Nigerian Afrobeats star Tiwa Savage has revealed that she once dated one of the artistes widely regarded as part of Nigeria’s “Big 3” in the music industry.
The singer made the revelation while discussing a past relationship, but deliberately chose not to disclose the identity of the artiste involved.
According to Tiwa, the relationship was kept away from the public because the artiste did not want people to know they were together.
“I once dated one of the Big 3, but I’ll keep his identity private,” Tiwa said.
She explained that the artiste went to considerable lengths to ensure their relationship remained a secret, particularly when they attended public events together.
“He didn’t want anyone to know we were together, so whenever we showed up at the same event, he would deliberately move around with other girls, saying it was to keep people from suspecting anything,” she added.
Tiwa’s revelation has since sparked curiosity among fans, with many wondering which of Nigeria’s leading Afrobeats stars she was referring to.
However, the singer has not named the artiste, leaving his identity private as she requested.
