PwC Nigeria has expanded its leadership team with the admission of four new partners, effective July 1, 2026, as part of a wider exercise that saw PwC Africa elevate 20 professionals to partnership level across the continent.
Joining the firm’s partnership in Nigeria are Adesola Abiodun from Advisory Services, Oluwadamilola Dada from Assurance Services, Ugochi Ndebbio from Tax and Regulatory Services, and Emeka Chime from Tax and Regulatory Services.
Their elevation comes at a time when businesses are grappling with rapid technological changes, rising stakeholder expectations, and an increasingly complex regulatory and economic landscape. PwC said the new partners possess the expertise and leadership required to help organisations adapt, innovate and succeed in the evolving business environment.
The latest round of partner admissions also highlights PwC Africa’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, with women accounting for 55 per cent of the newly admitted partners across the region.
Speaking on the appointments, PwC Nigeria Country Senior Partner, Sam Abu, described the development as recognition of years of dedication and excellence.
“I am delighted to welcome four new partners to our partnership in Nigeria. Their admission recognises years of exceptional performance and marks their rise to the highest level of the profession,” he said.
According to Abu, the new partners have played significant roles in supporting clients while contributing to the growth of the firm’s people and operations over the years.
“As businesses navigate a world of accelerating change, they need trusted advisers who can help them respond with confidence. Our new partners bring the perspective and leadership to help clients build trust, reinvent, and unlock new opportunities for growth,” he added.
